Exercise groups and other additional support activities play a vital role in the rehabilitation journey for individuals with neurological conditions or injuries.

Physical Rehabilitation: Neurological conditions often result in physical impairments such as muscle weakness, poor balance, and limited mobility. Exercise groups can provide a structured environment where individuals can engage in targeted exercises under the guidance of our trained professionals. These exercises help improve strength, coordination, flexibility, and endurance, which are crucial for regaining physical function.

Motivation: Our group settings are great for an extra boost of motivation. Individuals with similar challenges come together to encourage one another to push their limits and stay committed to their rehabilitation goals. Knowing others are going through similar experiences can boost motivation and accountability.

Long-Term Maintenance: Rehabilitation is not just about short-term recovery; it’s about painting the gains achieved over time. Exercise groups and our additional support activities can become part of an individual’s long-term maintenance plan, helping to prevent regression and promoting a higher quality of life.

To sign up for an exercise class or an additional support activity contact us using our form or via enquiries@hobbsrehabilitation.co.uk. Let us know what exercise class/support activity you are interested in and at which location and we will let you know if there is space to join.
