Hobbs Rehabilitation Bramshott Grange, Liphook
Hobbs Rehabilitation offers specialist residential inpatient services with 24 hour nursing care, a Rehabilitation Medicine Consultant and individualised therapy programmes. This service is suitable for people with neurological conditions and those who would respond to intensive specialist rehab.
Hobbs Rehabilitation and Dormy Care offer an interdisciplinary service provided by experienced specialists in neurological and intensive rehabilitation. These include experts in the field of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, rehabilitation medicine, CBT, neuropsychology and orthotics to help ensure that every individual can reach their full potential. A 24 hour treatment approach is supported by specialist nursing care and a Rehabilitation Medicine Consultant, meaning that we can accept those who are medically stable but need specialist care such as PEG, or who may need spasticity management or medication reviews.
A range of neurotechnology is available alongside hands-on therapy for integration of cognition, communication, motor and functional tasks. This intensity of high dosage treatment maximises the opportunity for neuroplasticity and results in better outcomes and reduced long-term care requirements.
Bespoke programmes are designed for each individual with up to four hours of therapy a day as well as an in-house activities programme and including a weekend service. Professionals from across the whole team will assess, identify and tailor a course of treatment which is provided in a luxurious home from home setting. Realistic expectations are clearly defined and agreed with the individual, their family and their carers.
We accept self-referrals and referrals from Consultants, General Practitioners, other Health Care Professionals and Case Managers.

“ I am currently finishing an 8 week intensive residential rehabilitation course with Hobbs where the physiotherapy is delivered by a very experienced team. In my time here I have seen them do some remarkable work. They take a great care to deliver first class services not affected by the criteria that the NHS supplies currently. I was asked by a senior NHS Physiotherapists if I was enjoying by physiotherapy here and my answer is that I don’t enjoy mountain trekking but when you stand at the top each day and you can see where you have come from in that day then you enjoy that view and that progression. They offer a 7 day service considering their client base holistically. Here I have seen much hands-on work including stretching and massage as well as work on a wide variety of equipment. In my opinion this is an absolutely first class service in a first class facility and I would wholeheartedly and unequivocally recommend it to anyone who needs the kind of inpatient service that is not available locally at any other facility.
