Hobbs Rehabilitation, together with Barchester Healthcare offers a specialist inpatient neurorehabilitation service with individualised therapy programmes.

As the demand for our neurological outpatient services has increased, so the need for inpatient services has grown. As a result, in 2010, we formed a partnership with Barchester Healthcare, one of the largest providers of care homes in the country, to create an inpatient facility based at one of Barchester’s newest centres, Rothsay Grange, near Andover.

Together, Barchester Healthcare and Hobbs Rehabilitation offer an interdisciplinary service provided by experienced specialists in neurological rehabilitation.  These include experts in the field of nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, rehabilitation medicine, neuropsychology and orthotics to help ensure that every individual can reach his or her full potential.

Bespoke programmes are designed for each individual with up to four hours of therapy a day including a weekend service.  Professionals from across the whole team will assess, identify and tailor a course of treatment which is provided in a luxurious home from home setting. Realistic expectations are clearly defined and agreed with the individual, their family and their carers.
