About Us Who Are Hobbs Rehabilitation?
After years of working within the NHS structure Helen Hobbs and Nicky Ellis, two chartered physiotherapists specializing in neurological physiotherapy, became disillusioned with being unable to provide what their patients needed to fulfil their potential. So Helen and Nicky set up Hobbs Rehabilitation, a private neurological centre which puts the patient at the centre of care.

The Centre is fully staffed by part time therapists, who are self-employed, self motivated and work flexible hours. Each therapist brings their own individual specialist skills. The Centre has tripled in size since opening in April 2005.

Staff include:

• eight physiotherapists
• three occupational therapists
• a neuropsychologist
• a speech and language therapist

We carry out over 50 individual therapy treatments a week, run a fortnightly orthotic clinic and a three monthly spasticity clinic with a visiting consultant. We continue to grow and exciting areas of new development include a unique partnership to provide inpatient rehabilitation at Sarum Road Hospital in Winchester.
